Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients

100 g Self Raising Flour
75 g Sugar
½ tsp Baking Powder
25 g Butter
300 g Blackberries
3 tbsps Milk to mix (approx)

Method

1. Put the blackberries into an oven proof dish.
2. In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
3. Rub in the butter, until it resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Mix in enough milk to bring together the dough.
5. Break off small balls of dough and scatter them over the blackberries.
6. Bake in a pre heated oven for 25/40 minutes.

Temperature & cooking time:
200°C, fan180°C, Gas 6
