Our Dinner Menus are served at our “POP UP” Restaurant at Keel Lodge, South West of Mayo close to the shores of Lough Mask near Partry village. Your chef creates a surprise 3 course dinner menu from €25 per person, these may  be just some of the dishes. If there is something you dislike just let us know.
Starters
  • Oak smoked Irish organic salmon with roast beetroot salad and horeradish creme fraiche
  • Award wining black pudding with roasted walnuts, wild greens, goat cheese and blackberry vinegarette dressing
  • Thai style fish cakes of salmon, prawn and lemongrass with sweet chili dip
  • Chicken satay on skewers with peanut coconut sauce
  • Chicken liver pate with tangy port and red currant relish & melba triangles
Dinner Options
  • Porterhouse steaks with red wine shallot butter (cooked to your liking) with our organic seasonal roasted and steamed vegetables
  • Morrocan Lamb Tagine with cous cous and char grilled vegetables
  • Fish of the day cooked Mediterranean Style
  • Rack of marinated lamb with fresh homemade mint sauce
  • Beef & Guinness Stew
  • Spanish Casserole of Chicken, Chorizo sausage, black olives & butterbeans
  • Beef Olives in red wine sauce with root vegetable chips & Creamed Mash
  • Corn feed roasted chicken with polenta & capnonata
  • Slow roasted port belly with fennel seeds garlic & rosemary
Vegetarian Options
  • Wild mushroom, leek and mascarpone parcel with spinach and pine nuts
  • Asian style pumpkin spring roll with chili syrup and coriander pesto with warm noodle salad
  • Slow roast vine tomato, thyme and red pepper tart with rocket and goats cheese cream
  • Brie, Portobello mushroom and cranberry Wellington, wilted spinach and fig infused balsamic glaze
  • Pea and parmesan risotto
  • Grilled halloumi cheese on roast vegetable and pine nut couscous
